We ship orders on Tuesday and Thursday depending on volume. All transit times are from the day shipped, not from the day ordered. Arrangements can be made to ship immediately. We will make every effort to mail packages out as soon as order is placed.
Tracking Your Packages
You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at our shipping carriers’ online store:

If we feel that we can mail you items in a Priority Mail Box and ship them quicker than the delivery option chosen we will do so. Please let us know if you have a preference and want to stick to the mail option of choice.
We make every effort to package items to ensure that they will arrive in good condition within the normal expected travel times, however cannot protect against unexpected delivery delays and climate conditions. We advise that many items are very fragile (such as homemade desserts) and may not arrive in their original condition.
We guarantee shipment to the address provided. If we are provided an incorrect address or not the full address, we will not be responsible if the package is not delivered. We are also not responsible for delivery once a package has been mailed out and a confirmation has been sent.
Out of Stock
If a product(s) in your order is not available at the time it is being picked and packed we will either: 1. Omit the product(s), ship the rest of the order and issue a refund 2. Send the item separately. We will contact you via email or phone to make such arrangements. A response is required within two days of contact to ensure delivery. If response isn’t received in two days of contact we will refund the missing item and send the remainder of the order.

Shipping and Handling Costs
Our shipping prices are calculated through our website via USPS.com and FedEx.com. We will add $3.50 per order for packaging. Greek International Food Market is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages. If an error was made during the fulfillment process, please return the incorrect item(s) to us. Please email us with a picture of the mailing receipt. Please send via standard shipping method. If the item is being returned due to an error on the part of the company, we will provide you with a credit to be applied towards your next purchase.
Greek International Food Market takes great pride in selecting the finest products available. Please inspect all products immediately upon arrival. Do not discard any packaging material. We cannot refund items that have been opened, based on taste and preference. We accept returns only if mailed 2 days after receipt, unopened, in the same packaging and undamaged. We will not accept returns on perishable foods.
