Béchamel sauce is a white sauce that is traditional for the French and Greek cuisine. JOTIS Béchamel is a quick, high quality and delicious tasting instant - fluffy béchamel sauce. To prepare just stir mixture with cold milk and enjoy on your favorite dishes such as pastitsio, moussaka, soufflé and au gratin. The mixture can also be used as a base for other sauces.

Lasagna with JOTIS BECHAMEL (jotis.gr)

1 box of JOTIS Béchamel 
300 g lasagne
200 g kefalograviera
200 g kefalotyri
100 g kaseri 
150 g (5 slices) ham
200 g milk (1 cup) 3.5% fat
3 eggs
1 ½ litres milk for the béchamel (3.5% fat)

Boil 2/3 of the lasagne package. Strain and butter. Add the cheeses coarsely cut, the ham in pieces and mix together.  Place lasagne with cheeses and ham in a large buttered pyrex. Beat the eggs, add 200 g milk and pour over lasagne. Prepare the béchamel according to the instructions on the box. Add 1/3 of the béchamel (2 cups) in the pyrex with the lasagne and mix.  Cover the lasagne with the remaining béchamel. Melt 1 tablespoon butter and drizzle over the béchamel.  Sprinkle with cheeses.  Bake at 200 °C for 30-40 minutes, until golden brown.
